Terminated Employee Access to Employee Self Service

edited Feb 5, 2020 7:16PM in Human Capital Management 3 comments

Summary

Does anyone have experience with allowing terminated employees to access their pay check images and W-2s in Employee Self Service

Content

Our Payroll department spends a fair amount of time fielding calls from terminated employees for copies of old paystubs and W-2s.  We would like to prevent this by allowing terminated employees to sign in to Employee Self Service to access their own information.

Has anyone done this?  If so, we're any custom roles used?

Any guidance you can provide regarding this topic would be appreciated.

TIA...Chuck
