FCCS export of Configurable Rules from Non-Extended App ->Extended App

Hi all

We are moving artifacts from Non-extended Application to Extended application and we cannot find a way to do this for Configurable Rules. As we have many, we would like to do this in bulk, like any other artifacts. 

Any of you out there who managed to export them using an external tool? Using Snapshot is not supported.
