I am in need of a report that would show all approved users (or users in a particular group) who have not completed a track. I was able to create a track completion report, but often times we need to know who has not completed the training in order to get them enrolled. These trainings are mostly one-offs that are required per the manager or director and are not in a learning plan.

Ideally we would also have a "course not completed" report but the track is of higher importance at this time.

Any help would be appreciated!
