Billing offset reclassification missing for a contract

Hello ,

 

please advise if the contract status is in Pending approval, will this affect the billing offset to be run? we run by create accounting for all entities and one contract is missing, there is no error in the output. The only difference is the status, but even in approval the previous version of contract is still valid. Any other detail I should check? if Any thoughts or ideas?
