Hi,

We are trying to terminate a future dated employee who failed to start the job but the thread was errored in Transaction console with below message,

Issue Description : Error caused by SOA component or the underlying human task configuration.
Resolution : Check the targeted SOA component and the human task/rules setup and configuration.

Any idea why this got errored?
