Reporting in Working days when absence UOM is hours

Summary

I need to know how to convert a duration from hours into days using WP

Content

We are on 19D and our UOM is set to hours so when i report on absence, the duration comes out in hours however i need it to come out in days.

I cannot change the config as we are using the OTL which requires it to be in hours.

Any ideas how i can do this conversion but ensure it takes a persons working pattern into consideration please?
