Ability to show filtered list of applicable Transaction Reason codes on different transactions

As per implementation guide, if Inventory Transaction Reason code is setup with a "Reason Type" and Reason context, that reason code will only be available when you perform an inventory transaction in the reason type and reason context that you select.

However, in our environment we notice the following:

1. Though a "Reason Type" can be selected for each reason code being setup, the "Reason Context" LOV becomes enabled for selection only if Reason type is selected as "Pick".

2. Even if we setup reason codes with a Reason Type / Reason Context, all the codes are available in "Reason" LOV on all transaction screens.
