Unable to terminate employee - "error occurred while displaying history tree table"

Hi All,

HR user is trying to terminate an employee, but it's getting an error message:  Unable to terminate employee - "error occurred while displaying history tree table"

Our approvals route for termination process is going to -> Line Manager (active), HRBP Approver (active), GTP (suspended assignment status).

Is the suspended assignment status from GTP failing the transaction? if so, why?

Should be only inactive approvers to impact the transaction?

thanks,

Vivi
