Global Data Role configuration

Hello experts,

I should create a global custom data role. For example, French HR should see only local legal entities and Italian HR only Italian ones and so on for other countries. In order to pursue this aim, I have created a unique custom data role based on acustom Organization Security Profile (each organization row is a specific country), please see the attached screen.

However, if I access as Italian HR Admin, I can see all the Business Unit configured in the organization security profile (French; Germany as well); but I should see only the Italian ones.

Is it possible to create a unique data role valid for all countries?
