Below is the requirement for ‘NL Leave Plan’ accrual absence plan.

1. Legal Employer: Nederland LegEnt

2. Person type: Employee

3.  If Employee was employed by ‘Veenman LegEnt’ on 1st January 2019 and if he was global transferred directly from legal entity ‘Veenman LegEnt’ to ‘Nederland LegEnt’ legal entity after 1st January 2019 then we have to make this Employee also Eligible to ‘NL Leave Plan’ absence plan.

In the same way, If Employee was employed by ‘Manufacturing LegEnt’ (other than ‘Veenman LegEnt’ legal entity) on 1st January 2019 and if he was global transferred directly from legal entity ‘Manufacturing LegEnt’ to ‘Nederland LegEnt’ legal entity after 1st January 2019 then he is not eligible for ‘NL Leave Plan’ absence plan.

Howdy, Stranger!
