Create a report for Areas of Responsabilities

Hi Guys,

I need to realize a Report in order to extract: Person ID, Employee Name, Area Of Responsibility Name , Responsibility Type and Scope Of Responsibility.

Can Someone suggest me some guide lines in order to do it? Where could i find the table/field?
