Adhoc Learn Specialization and Custom Email Notification

Hello,

 

I am trying to send an Adhoc Learning Specialization to specific employees. I would like to create a custom Email Notification for that specialization as opposed to the default email notification that is fired when I submit the assignment. Is this possible?
