A couple of clarifications around Position hierarchy
1) If there are no users/incumbents for the position , what happens to the notification that is sent for approval to that position
2) If a new user/incumbent is attached to the position , does the approval notification get routed automatically
3) Read that the vacation rule , reassign is not available for approvals using position hierarchy. Is there any option to delegate approvals other that the skip assignment option. Can a BPM administrator approve or reassign?
4) Position 1 > 2> 3> 4
Rules are defined based on the job levels , if one of the position in the hierarchy doesn't have a job level , will the routing fail.
