Error while activating the Integration which is using process application - CASDK-0005

I have created simple message driven process application and trying to call it from Integration. I could see process application as well as process and operations in drop down. But while activating the Integration I am seeing the below error message.
Am I missing something else here .? Some setup between Inetgration and Process for connectivity.?
Error Description:
Integration "EXTPCS_INVOKE_PROCESS_APP | 1.0" cannot be activated. Incident has been created with ID htR49J1ZeNFHsFHeMP1dKq. [Cause: ICS-20575]
