how can we edit the New Account Template notification on security console add phone number?

Hello,

We would like to customize the Notification received to the worker email, when creating a new account of employee, and add text with PHONE NUMBER (variable) of the person.
(mobile phone number).

when we click on  security console - > set categories - default - notification 
edit the template -'New Account Template'

how can we add phone number in the template ? if its possible.
