How to bypass Basic Authentication Process to invoke ICS WS call

There is a notification, which has 2 buttons (Accept and Reject). On button clicks we are required to trigger an ICS WS call which would internally invoke CPQ WS to Approve/Reject that notification.

We want to bypass the authentication process where in we would not have to pass credentials for ICS.

Any pointers on how to achieve this?
