Delegates getting different pages than their managers.

As a delegate of a manager, I am seeing different page layouts than the manager who delegated the role to me.

We are fleshing out our Manager transactions and we have had some issues with manager delegates. The delegation works fine itself, but when the delegate goes into the manager transactions that they gain access to, they are seeing different results than that of the original manager. It's almost as if the delegate is loading a different page rule entirely. 

We are simply delegating the same manager role, so I don't think its a role issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
