Learners are not able to withdraw from the offerings

Summary

Learners are not able to withdraw from the offerings

Content

Hi,

We have the requirement as following!!

When the Course and offering(ILT) is assigned to the learner as required assignment, Learner should be able to withdraw from the offering due to his/her unavailability. If not, at least Line Manager should be able to withdraw learner from the required offering.

When I tested this scenario,

Employee is not able to withdraw from the offering if the assignment type= required.

Also, Manager is not able to withdraw learner from the offering where the assignment type=required.

Is there a way to achieve above requirement apart from Learning Specialist being able to withdraw learner??
