Hello, 

We need to create learning programs each year. And, then each manager of a team should be able to add the learning plan for his team. However, let's say we have managers A, B, and C. Each manager will create a plan for his own team. But, we don't want Manager A to be able to see the plans of managers B and C. We don't want manager B to be able to see the learning plans of managers A and C, etc.. Is this feasible?
