How to invoke external fulfillment web service during Order Management orchestration process?

Hi,

We are trying to incorporate external web service call during orchestration process.Below are the steps we have followed
1.We have created an integration by following the support document( Doc ID 2578377.1 )
2.We have configured this integration end point in "Manage External Interface Web service Details" task in setup and maintenance.
3.We have followed the support document( Doc ID 2579033.1 ) and completed the required setups.

But when we are getting below mentioned error while orchestration process:

01.01:An error occurred: remoteFault-com.oracle.bpel.client.BPELFault: faultName: {{http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}remoteFault} messageType: {{http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}RuntimeFaultMessage}
