Responsive UI - still default enabled for 20A and mandatory for 20B?

Hi,

On 20th November we were sent an email notification which said: ""HCM Responsive User Experience will be enabled by default in Update 20A, but customers may revert to HCM Simplified User Interface in 20A".

We understand subsequently that this was changed and customers who received the 20A update did not see the Responsive UI enabled by default. 

However our concern is that when this decision was made (that it was no longer going to be delivered by default in 20A), this should also have been communicated by email.

Is anyone able to confirm Oracle's current position on
a) when responsive UI will be enabled by default with an option to 'revert to classic' and
