Manage Item Classes - Delete Item Classes

Unable to remove or delete Item Classes from hierarchy

Hello, 

 I do not see a way to delete test item classes in 'Manage Item Classes' setup screen. There are no items, rules, NIR setup, or anything else on the classes I want to remove. 

Is it possible to remove Item Classes? In my attached image I want to remove FGA_GoLiveTest and V3_FGA_test.
