Routing Approvals through the learning request form DFFs

Hi Team,

 DFFs are available to route your approvals through on the learning request form. However, I have found my approvals have not been coming through. 

An example of the condition im using is this: (Learning Request.result.caAttribute12 == "NAME")  

Has anyone managed to successful route approvals through the learning req DFFs?
