Not able to find my added National Identifies after create new contact

Hi All,

I have enabled the National Identifiers from HCM Design Studio under Family and Emergency Contacts, at the time of creating a new contact that time I am able to see the section and also added, but after the submit I reopen the same contact then I am not able to see the National Identifiers section.
