Hello -

We are testing 20A in our non-production environments and are running into the issue of workflow notifications and approvals not working properly.  All transactions that required approval used to appear in the notification bell icon, but now they are no longer appearing at all. 

Has anyone else run into this issue? Or, does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this and a solution for it?
