A Way to Create Transfer Orders with DFF

Is there a way to create Transfer Orders with the DFF. REST API seems to be the only method.

I have set up DFF for transfer orders. I understand that you can't enter the DFF when creating the transfer order through the UI (Inventory > Manage Item Quantities > Request Transfer Order). The only way through the UI is to create the transfer order and then go into Manage Transfer Order and enter the DFF after.

I have tested the REST API and we can add DFF when creating transfer order.
