How do interorganization transfer without cost?

I have 2 BU

BU-A

BU-B

Both have a inventory org (inv. org.) and the same item for example item "Test"

In the inv. org of BU-A the item "Test" have a cost of $1 but in the inv. org BU-B have a cost of $0

I want that BU-A make a inteorganization transfer without cost to my inv. org. BU-B for not affect my inv. org. BU-B in Accounting
