The links to the opportunity is not working on the email users receive

Hi

We have created an agent to send users with a list of opportunities they need to update (close date in the past). This is working really well, except that the link to the opportunity in the email is not working as per the screenshot.

It looks like the link is pointing to fa-internal.oracleoutsourcing.com:10663 instead of the link we did specify in the report as the opportunity deep link: https://client.fa.XXXXX.oraclecloud.com/customer/faces/

Any idea what we need to do to make the link work?
