Unable to load AP Invoices through FBDI Template

We created new Business unit and all configuration are in place.

I am able to create AP Invoice by using Invoice workbench without any issue and same data has been used to load invoices through FBDI template but its failing with Error "Inconsistent business unit information, Business units within invoice do not match.

I tried with multiple permutation/combination but unable to load the AP Invoices into the system, every time its fail with above error.  

I didn't find any clue/Note ID on this error message in Metalink as well.
