Hello experts,

Is there a possibility to start and stop OIC Gen 2 instances via API or CLI?

With the Gen 1 instances, it was possible via the psm cli: psm OICINST stop-service --service-name <isntance_name>

Is there something similar with the new version that is OCI native?
