Webclock Issue after R13 20A Patch

Webclock punches are already punched on employee's record

Please see screenshot below. Has anyone encountered this as well? The patch was applied to our test environments and this is where the issue currently lies. All but the last punch 'OUT'  are punched and greyed out with the consistent times in below screenshot.  We move it to prod in 7 days. SR has been logged (SR 3-22363983881 : Post 20A Patch Webclock punches already punched) , but wanted to reach out to the community also.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated!
