Is there a REST API to get the Purchase Requisitions Action history?

We want to get the purchase document history in order to display this information on a mobile app.

Hello guys,

On Oracle ERP Cloud, when a purchase document, such as a Purchase Requisition, is reassigned and then approved (for example) there's the 'Document History' menu that displays all the actions that were taken on it and which user performed which action. 

We are developing a mobile app for the procurement module and we'd like to display these information on it and also we'd like to know if there's a REST API to get the action history.
