We are planning on deploying an app on the springboard of our SaaS application (cloud hcm).   Our VBCS app's access is is currently set to require authentication and the 'Roles' shows only 'Authenticated User'

 

We maintain only a subset of administrators in SIM, the rest of the user population is managed through security console in HCM.  We would like to roll out our application to a large population of FA users.  Do these FA user accounts that we wish to deploy to need to be created and maintained in SIM or is there a way to use FA roles/authentication to grant access to the VBCS app?
