Hi Experts,

I'm curious to understand the complete process of Pending Worker to Employee Conversation (either Convert or Quick Convert).

How do these two ways work?

Will the Pending work relationship be ended the day before the employee work relationship started?

Will the Pending work relationship be ended the day after the employee work relationship started?

Can we reverse the process once the Pending worker is converted to Employee?

OR Can we convert the employee to the pending worker after the conversion process (either convert or quick convert)?

 

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated !!
