Server Exception when navigating the Person Spotlight

Whenever I click on Contact Info in the Person Spotlight, I get a server exception error.

Hello all,

I was configuring the contact info page in the Person Spotlight. I changed it so that all of the buttons and their functionality wouldn't render so that we can't have other people changing a colleague's information. I exited after figuring out how to unrender the Add button, but when I went in to do the edit button, I was met with the attached error. The screenshot was taken immediately after I clicked on Contact Info.

Is there a way to fix this? Is there a way to revert the changes I made so I can be more careful with my changes a second time?
