Which Role to assign to users who will be only entering absences and not Time Entry

Hello Experts,

We have few categories of employees that will be entering only absences and not Time Entry.

Then we have few categories of employees that will enter only Time Entry, no absences.

Then we have few categories that will enter both absences and Time Entry.

Can you please suggest how do I make sure

1. Employee entering only Absences has only access to Absences

2. Employee entering Time Entry has only Time Entry access

3. Employee entering Time entry and Absence has access to both..
