We are faced with one challenge with the bot implementation and that is, how sensitive information is managed in OMCe for intelligent bot. It seems, at present, all the conversations are logged in OMCe. Since there is no control on logs management, wanted to check, if there is a way to mask sensitive information in the bot. Eg, Passport number, credit card number etc.
