How to delete OOTB Rule/ Template that got migrated from Test to Prod before being formally released

An OOTB rule deployed in Test got migrated to Prod before it got release to Prod. Now I can't delete it manually.

Hi All,

Wanted to know if there is quick way to delete an out of the box rule which got migrated from test into prod before it was released by Oracle.

I took an XML export of test calc manager rules and imported it into Prod. But there was one rule added in Test in the first week of this month which is not yet released on Prod.The OOTB rule got copied over but has my ID as the owner and now when trying to delete it, it does not allow me to do so (for obivious reasons). I don't want to remove the entire application and migrate the whole backup into Prod as that would require downtime from users.
