Manager not able to see Team Schedule under My Team >> Schedule >> Team Schedule

When manager access quick link under My Team >> Schedule >> Team Schedule and look for his/her direct reports. System giving no result. We cleared out all filters and just looking for direct report/all report of a manager but still it is returning no values.
