Global Transfer picks up Incorrect person name styles (Form Previous LE LDG setup)

edited Feb 20, 2020 7:36PM in Human Capital Management 2 comments

Summary

When Global Tranfer action is initiated, the system picks up incorrect person name styles

Content

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Person management> search person number
2. Select employee, select Task List> Manage Employment> Actions, Global transfer > new Legal Identity is ABCD Norway> selected 'NO' for copy primary assignment information, Select 'Yes' for create primary work relationship
3. For Example, Existing Legal Employer (Home) LDG is GB and the Desitnation Legal Employer (Host) LDG is Norway
3. On Identification section (second assignment), under Personal Information the Person name styles are loading based on the existing legal employer LDG. In this case, Person Name styles from UK instead of Norway. This is incorrect because for some countries Title, Gender and Date of Birth are mandatory.
