Looking for Subject Area to return terminated workers in Analysis

Looking for assistance in locating subject area to create analysis for terminated workers in last twelve months

I’m currently redeveloping our existing EBS reports in OTBI and one of the reports currently returns a list of workers whose employment was terminated (all reasons) within the last 12 months.

This needs to be built as an Analysis but I’m struggling to find the relevant Subject Area which will return the information for terminated workers. Can anyone tell me the correct subject area(s) or if they have developed a similar report?
