PO Header DFF Missing Default Value

Summary

Missing DFF Default value when creating from requisition

Content

Created PO Header DFF as view only and default value 'No'. When manually creating PO default is present. When processing requisitions to PO using document builder then default value is missing. Is there a missing setup or bug?
