Careers and Performance tile Blank

Tile brings to blank page.

We have the new UI full configured in our Dev-1 instance.  When any employee goes to ME > Careers and Performance the page returns a blank page.  No tiles appear (i.e. Goals, Performance, etc.).  Any ideas why?
