Configure UOMs for Service Contract and Pricing Periodicity for Charge

1. Go to Setup and Maintenance and Select Enterprise Contracts Offering
2. Search for Manage Units of Measure task and Open
3. Click on Manage UOM Classes and Add a UOM class with following values

Class Code	TIME
Class Name	Time
Description	Time UOM Class for Service Contracts
UOM Code	HRS
Base UOM Name	Hrs
Base UOM Description	Hours
End Date	Enter the End date for UOM Class, if any

 

4. Click Save and Close
5. In Manage Units of Measure task, click Add (+) icon and add following values

UOM Code

UOM Name
