20A - Found another - Multiple WBT Attempts at a course level - now seems....gone?

I didnt even get a chance to try a legit use case - but it seems that 20A gobbled it up

Um - went digging around because I need to do an audit - and we seem to have lost the recurrence options for a course?
This was an important release for some last year - being able to turn this on course by course. Current state? It is almost as if the choice is not avialable any more?

I swear it was around last week in the course properties???
