My Team -> Actions List - How do add quick actions?

Hello!
Hope everyone's week has started well... quick one for those who do this more often than me now, in a previous version I knew the screen when in a sandbox to be able to edit the options that appear in the actions menu under My team... when on edit pages and cog appeared in the popup and let you select which items show, the pop-up has now streamlined and the cog no longer shows.
I know how to add the quick actions which shows fine, how do I (or can I not?) amend the list of actions that are available when clicking on the 'My Team' APP in the list of actions? Or should it replicate those quick actions are are available so save having to do it in 2 places?
