Landing Page Background Images - Failure to upload image

Hello,

We are looking at the options available on the landing page images, when uploading an image though the system failures to fully upload and instead of showing a sample to position it just says Image - have tried different formats and sizes, used Chrome, IE etc but no success, is this working on anything else's environment?
