What's the impact of of changing courses within a specialization tied to a learning initiative

Hello,

 

I've set up a Compliance Specialization with 2019 content. That specialization is tied to an initiative with new hire criteria, so as new hires enter the system, the are enrolled in courses automatically. If i were to change that specialization 2020 content, will all those who finished 2019 content be re-enrolled?
