I have a few questions regarding the HCM L1 Learner Evaluations.  I have attached screen shots to illustrate how to access the Evaluations both before and after completing a course. 

My first question, under what circumstances would you want a learner to fill out the Evaluation before participating in the offering?

Outside of the steps I have outlined with the screen shots, are there any other methods to access the Evaluations?

Are there “reminder” notifications/alerts that could be sent to those individuals who did not fill out the Evaluation after “x” number of days?
