We have a few users who are unable to pull up the Manage Project Costs page after the implementation of the 20A patch.  A new tab is opened but the screen is blank.  Has anyone else had this issue?

I think it might be related to security but have not been able to find the role causing the issue.  We have tried in IE, Chrome, and Firefox with no luck.  I have had the users that are able to pull up the page log in on a computer where a user was not able to bring up the page and they were able to bring up the page.
